LOT7 is a community arts space, available for hire at community rates for unfunded activity, as well as for commercial use. LOT7 is home to Dance Makers Collective and other resident groups, and provides a rich opportunity for creative people to meet peers, hang out and engage in classes and activities for professional artists, budding professionals, hobbyists and creative enthusiasts.
LOT7 is a non-smoking workplace.

Public transport: LOT7 is a 15 minute walk from either via Seven Hills or Toongabbie Train Station, there are also bus services along Station Road.
Driving: LOT7 is easily accessible by car from the M2 Abbott Road exit. LOT7 is part of a complex of 10 units and is the second unit on the left upon entering the complex. There are designated LOT7 car spaces in front of the studio and ample parking inside the complex and in neighbouring side streets.

Large multipurpose studio space, equipped to host rehearsals, classes and small studio showings.
